Painted birds, one for every hour of a day, roosting on branches of a beautiful tree with golden leaves. Created to order with maps of particular places.

Nature’s variety and fragility is at the heart of the piece. References to time hint at the transience of a bird’s life. The exquisite detail is layered beneath gold leaf which are clearly the star of the show and require no additional decoration.

We can’t improve on nature but we can exist alongside it and make sure our environment allows for both to survive.

Inspired by families of rare birds roosting in the moonlight. Embellished with gold. or silver leaf Includes 24 birds, one for every hour in the day.
