Adventures abroad.. this is my piece ‘Seashore’

Despite not seeing the beach for a long time.. the memory of this day is still so clear and brings the happy memory back every time I look at the print on my wall. A beautiful hot day on a sunny beach by a cool sea far away!

I collect shells and stones wherever I go, and this group were particularly fabulous! I walked down the beach on a journey to discover treasure and sketched them on the beach before painting them in the order I found them. The number of shells was limited to what I could hold in my hand.
