A new shoe piece.. feeling fluffy on a Friday!

This series of shoes come from the edgy, creative and off centre side of the fashion world!

The background tells a story of associated passions, food, travel, places, people, music.. placing of the papers is random, off centre, expressive. The story of each is unique and layered. Flirtatious, fun, fabulous, and frankly ‘rock n roll baby!’

Something to make you ( and your feet') smile.. sometimes shoes don’t have to be worn to be appreciated.

French shoes 1 have a background of text about fashion , a butterfly stamp and a british stamp with the franking mark ‘Be properly (ad)dressed’ The music score has the annotation ‘Piano’ which means soft.. a reference to the fabulous fluffy fronts on the shoes. Two hidden feathers and a luggage label from a super glamorous hotel are also within the collage. The word Meillleurs.. French text that sums up such objects of beauty! The background is a series of expressive brushstrokes based on the shop counter at The Dressing Room in Zug, Switzerland, where I found the shoes. The fabulous Gunita is manager there and knows every item in her shop in glorious detail!
