Henley bridge seen on a clear, crisp day towards the end of summer. The Angel on the Bridge sits in the distance at the end of the well-worn path towards the festivals and Henley Royal Regatta. Lush trees, distant boat houses and viewed from a distance over clear waters.
The sky is blue and bright and within the clouds are fragments of maps, with local towns and villages seen amongst the lanes and walkways, captures the optimism and vision of this happy and creative town.
Kirsten Jones paints views of the places she loves using colourful brushstrokes, sketched lines and expressive markmaking to illustrate the essence of each place.
